ABI manufactures and supplies next generation coatings and chemicals used in the production of aerospace parts, industrial components, and products designed for treatment by the chemical milling process, as well as transportation, protection, and storage applications.

All chemical products are manufactured at our new state-of-the-art Div. 1 / Class 1 chemical manufacturing plant in Newton Kansas, providing centrally located logistics and distribution.

ABI Maskant Systems are next generation air-curing, hand-peelable coatings that provide protection to polished and non-polished bare and clad aluminum and titanium surfaces during fabrication, chemical processing, chemical milling, and metal bonding up to 350oF.  Also, ABI protective coatings are available for aluminum, titanium, and steel alloys for handling, transportation, and storage.

Temporary Protective Peelable Maskant Coatings protect components and parts from damage and other hazards encountered during the in-plant processing, shipping, handling, and storage processes.  The ABI-ECL-30000 Series can be used on multiple metal substrates including aluminum, titanium, and steel alloys.

ABI-ECL-40000 is an air-curing, hand-peelable coating that provides protection to polished and non-polished bare and clad aluminum surfaces during transportation, fabrication, chemical processing, chemical milling, metal bonding and storage.  Parts may be formed and cured at 375°F. ABI-ECL-40000 is resistant to solutions used in the bonding processes, including phosphoric anodizing.  ABI-ECL-40000 accomplishes great results both in 250°F and 350°F bonding and withstands outdoor exposure to direct sunlight.

ABI-ECL-50000 is a VOC Exempt, air-curing, hand-peelable coating that provides protection to polished and non-polished bare and clad aluminum surfaces during transportation, fabrication, chemical processing, chemical milling, metal bonding and storage.  Parts may be formed and cured at 375°F. ABI-ECL-50000 is resistant to solutions used in the bonding processes, including phosphoric anodizing.  ABI-ECL-50000 accomplishes great results both in 250°F and 350°F bonding and withstands outdoor exposure to direct sunlight.

ABI-ECL-60000 is a non-flammable, VOC exempt, air-curing, hand-peelable coating that provides protection to polished and non-polished bare and clad aluminum surfaces during transportation, fabrication, chemical processing, chemical milling, metal bonding and storage.  Parts may be formed and cured at 375°F. ABI-ECL-60000 is resistant to solutions used in the bonding processes, including phosphoric anodizing.  ABI-ECL-60000 accomplishes great results both in 250°F and 350°F bonding and withstands outdoor exposure to direct sunlight.
